Cancellations
Cancelled appointments will not be charged for when you give me more than 24 hours notice. Cancellation fees are incurred where less than 24 hours notice is given and a nominal fee of £25.00 is charged. If you do not show up for your appointment my full fee is charged.
Please be aware that if you arrive late for your appointment the duration of your treatment may have to be shortened in consideration of the next client.
